December 2009...

December has been such a lovely month.  Crisp, sunny days for the first couple weeks and then we warmed and rained, more typical of Oregon.  And happily, no snow in the City this year - yay! 

I have been getting the distinct impression that people are feeling lighter and happier this year.  Maybe it's just hope that the new year will bring a better economy and goals and dreams can be taken off the shelf and again placed as our carrots to strive for.  Whatever the reason, it brings a smile to my face.  Our country is amazing, despite all our faults, it's a great place to live.  "We" seem to be so resilient. 

I hope this season brings you relaxation, moments of reflection, joyous smiles and is most abundantly filled with laughter and love.
